    Unlike perle cotton, it is found that Soie Perlee expands to fill the area when using a light tension.
    The sheen of Soie Perlle is more of a permanent nature.
    Perfect for use on linen and is nice to use in contrast with Soie d'Alger due to one thread having a sheen and the other a soft luster.
    Makes for beautiful cording and tassels for neddlework finishing.
    Soie Perlee is much more durable for canvas work compared to perle cotton threads.
