When Vinniey Tan graduated from art college 17 years ago, she always knew that design was her calling. But when she first bought her first cross-stitch kit, she truly found her real passion.

In 2009, she discovered the joys of stitching and creating her own fresh and unique cross-stitch designs. In about two years, her enthusiasm brought life to 11 designs, in spite of her busy schedule as a designer and art director at that time.

But after creating "Cupcake Cottage" (her first design), she has not looked back since. She quit her advertising career to focus on the joys of stitching and designing cross-stitches. Now, she has time to concentrate on her real passion and she uses her past experience to create meaningful works of art.
