This sampler is a reproduction of a piece originally crafted in the Müller Orphan Homes of Bristol, England, and is part of Claudia Dutcher's collection. While many samplers were created by the girls living in the Orphan Houses, only a few have been charted and reproduced for modern stitching. Emma was 15 or 16 years old when she completed this work. The image displayed here is of the original sampler.

Stitch Count: 282 x 312

Original model stitched on cream fabric with one colour of red thread. When stitching over one thread, use one strand or ply of thread.
