Although I have not used this color yet, I do love the gentle arts floss. The colors are absolutely vibrant and gorgeous. The only downfall I can find is that on certain Aida cloth the fibers tend to fray when you get closer to the end of an 18-in piece of floss. As for your business, you are the best! Your staff is knowledgeable and friendly and I love shopping there.
