SLB#11 is a Toho #11 Silver Lined Bead, but any size 11 see bead would be a fiine substitution.

If you don't want to use beads, you can substitute the bead symbol with a white cross stitch.

Cross stitch was finished using a 3" x 4" oval plastic woodgrain hoop.
